| [#224] 退休投資組合 樓主有能力搵到100球身家點都有啲過人之處，當你唔熟悉投資產品種類，呢度頂多夠資格幫你介紹下。轉轉台易打啲， Set aside 8yrs of expenses for low risk investment, note that bank deposits is NOT risk free as some already mentioned, put some in US Treasuries, some in fixed deposit or MM instruments, that should cover your 'short term' expenses. The rest should be in stocks, if you plan to live in HK, get some more local exposure, if China risk is a concern, make sure the company is registered elsewhere, with diversified business, good management, dividend paying (hint:誠哥). Some China correlated exposure without business in China (hint: hkex), plus some Hong Kong economy correlated, good (mean) management (hint: Link REIT). Use the same principle for overseas stocks, consult accountants for tax advice. I would personally avoid property, not because I have a view but I can never archive the same level of efficiency as a properly managed REIT, it's highly correlated to property prices anyway. Pick a few stocks in sectors you favour, maybe 5% of your holding, given your track record it may surprise you in 10~15 years. Lastly get a foreign passport if you have not already obtained one, or at least overseas bank accounts, being able to ship money abroad quickly when shit hits the fan is very important.
