| [#17] 脫髮煩惱 General approach Shampoo without additive(not the ones from supermarket, stop poisoning the scalp, hair itself is dead but not the follicles), am using Avalon Organics. Some female friends also found it useful. Hair is very slow growing, around half inch/month so if loss(less than a hundred/day) is greater than growth, there is a situation of thinning hair. Excessive dandruff is too be addressed separately.(pine tar soap or selenium sulphide to kill the fungi) DHT reduction, drug(but no sex?) or supplement(Saw Palmetto, beware of dosage) Blood circulation, gelatinized Maca(black is preferred), MSM or other Chinese herbs/tonic etc.(might develop hot syndrome, just take six flavor pills) Growth stimulant such as Rogaine/Regaine, containing Minoxidil Last but not least, pray for miracle. Even for hair transplant, the hair is still subject to loss later on, if problems not properly addressed. So, hair loss is a complicated issue. |
