| [#1] 支加坡單日激增198宗, 總武漢肺炎2018宗! （中央社記者黃自強新加坡10日專電）新加坡今天新增2019冠狀病毒疾病（COVID-19，武漢肺炎）確診病例198起，並新增3個感染群，迄今確診累計2108例，7起死亡病例。 衛生部晚間公布最新疫情數字，新增病例沒有境外移入，都是本土感染，其中有98起與感染群有關、29起與其他確診病例有關，另有71起與其他病例暫時沒有關連。 新加坡今天再新增雙溪加株道31號外勞宿舍、移民與關卡局大樓，以及新加坡國立大學醫院的建築工地感染群。 新加坡從4月7日起到5月4日實施更嚴格的社交安全措施，諸如提供非必要服務的工作場所都要關閉一個月，也要保持至少一公尺社交安全距離等規定，遏止疫情擴散。  |

This is not a game or competition. With a shortage of masks, it’s not possible for everyone to have masks and changes them daily. It was a hard decision. Singapore didn't even suspend schools until a few days ago and yet there were no outbreaks. They have done a great job in my opinion. And I still believe face masks is nice to have, but not critical for controlling the Wuhan virus. Just think about all these people, especially seniors, sitting in crowded fastfood chains until a few days ago without masks, statistically it's impossible there were no infection clusters amongst these groups if one really needs a mask to protect them against catching the virus. 最後修改時間: 2020-04-11 14:47:49 |

Our Dr Yuen also said from experiment a cloth mask can achieve a 92% instead of 99% from a surgical mask. |

Singapore had a no mask policy since January, they already had a "head start" over Hong Kong, no school closure, if wearing a mask is critical there would have been thousands of cases by March. Yet things were under control until the immigrants dorm outbreak a few days ago. Once it goes exponential the fight is lost. So either they had an extremely lucky run coming to an end or face masks were not the critical factor. Hong Kong is apparently doing extremely well, don't get fixated on the total number of cases, it's the active case that matters. I think there are less active case today than yesterday, if that number becomes stable it does not matter if we have new cases everyday. | [#16] 支加坡單日激增198宗, 總武漢肺炎2018宗! 早前仲笑香港人戴口罩 -- 武漢肺炎】防疫加辣 新加坡令民眾搭車購物必須戴口罩 新加坡收緊防疫措施，周日起關閉所有海灘及公園，而由周一起，民眾不論是乘搭公共交通工具、到超市、便利店、藥房、購物中心都必須戴口罩。 國家公園局園林處高級署長謝承然指出，當局關閉沙灘、停止讓公眾在公園舉行活動、燒烤和露營，以及關閉超過720個遊樂場和健身角落，是為了確保人們保持安全距離和避免人群聚集。包括新加坡植物園的國家胡姬園，和雅格巴拉斯兒童花園在內的部分公園設施也關閉，公園連道（PCN）一旦出現人流量太大的情況也會暫時禁止人們使用，待人潮褪去之後才會重新開放。 他提醒公眾，當局已安排超過1,000名官員輪班執勤，截至周六下午4時，當局在兩天的行動中，對聚眾騎單車、運動、放風箏、拋飛盤和賞鳥等活動，以及進入已被關閉設施的違例者，發出250張書面嚴厲警告和罰單。他也呼籲身體不適的公眾，不要到公園，避免傳染他人。 此外，新加坡要求民眾周一起出入都要戴口罩。基礎設施統籌部長兼交通部長許文遠周六表示，為期四周的病毒阻斷措施結束後，大批公眾將再次乘搭巴士和地鐵，倘若實行安全距離措施，將令月台和車站排隊等候的人更多，「我想一個實際的折中做法，是讓所有乘客都戴口罩，我們會強制乘客這麼做。在病毒阻斷措施結束後，如果無法時刻保持安全距離，戴口罩至少能有助減少病毒在公共交通上傳播的可能性。為做好準備，我們現在就得要求乘客在搭公共交通時戴口罩」。 當局將安排交通大使提醒乘客戴口罩，公共交通地點也會有相關海報。許文遠提醒沒有口罩的公眾，應盡快到最近的民眾俱樂部和居民委員會領取。政府日前宣佈分發可重複使用的口罩給民眾。 新加坡企業發展局與旅遊局周六也發文告，要求公眾到超市、便利店、藥房和購物中心時戴口罩，商店有權禁止未戴口罩的公眾進入。當局也再次呼籲公眾在平日或周末的非繁忙時段光顧店面，購物後盡快離開，不要逗留，也應盡量不帶家人前去購物，尤其是年長者。 另一方面，新加坡食品局也宣布，所有餐飲場所的員工，包括售賣和準備食物的員工，從周一起也必須戴口罩或面罩。違例者可被罰款高達5000元、暫停或吊銷餐飲執照，或兩者兼施。 食品局在文告中說，社區中可能存在尚未確診的病患。為了避免餐飲業者受感染，同時避免他們無意間傳播病毒，當局本月6日已向業者發出通知，建議他們讓處理食物、點菜和收銀的職員戴口罩或面罩。為了確保業者遵從指示，食品局決定把要求改為強制性。受影響的包括小販攤位、咖啡店、餐館、超市和餐食供應商等。 受訪的小販都理解這項規定的初衷，也有部分人投訴戴口罩不方便，而且工作環境悶熱，長時間戴口罩會不舒服。賣豆花的56歲小販杜紹蘭說：「小販中心沒有冷氣，長時間戴口罩很悶熱，而且製造豆花的機器又很吵，戴口罩時說話會聽不清楚。」不過她會遵從指示戴口罩，否則因違例被罰款或責令停工，損失更大。 新加坡《聯合早報》 最後修改時間: 2020-04-12 15:17:15 |
