| [#16] 日立分体冷氣問題 80% swopping board for checking, A/B substitution, fast, earning more money. 10% on temp device (but now,not exactly stopping but only at lower speed)10% on communication link. Watch a few troubleshooting footage, most of the time, needed to replace board.(cpu problem) Years ago, had a National split unit, unable to change to warming mode. | [#15] 日立分体冷氣問題 even the C fu is yau 料到, dealer company policy may be - change the board and those board may be fixed at the backend, suppose to be quite easy as they have all the test point data, and then that reconditioned board will be used for other repair order etc .suppose it is a term from the dealer, the replacement board may not be "new" too suppose some non dealer C fu may have such services, and even he found out the issue, then he may suggest u to buy a board from china for lesser risk etc.. ( many of the cases, such board is available for rmb 600 etc.. then charge u first visit fee at hkd400, second visit is rmb 600 + another hkd400 etc.. it is very likely those management at the dealer may make such decision 最後修改時間: 2020-09-21 11:58:28 |

| [#12] 日立分体冷氣問題 If there's good reason to believe that there's refrigerant leakage, stop the ac. There were incidents when compressed refrigerant in high conc, sucking air and spark(3 criteria) causing explosion. More dangerous than R22. R32 is the worst. For more "normal" ac, measure refrigerant pressure 10 bar when running. (Lower than non operating of 20 bar) Hence less chance of frostbite and refrigerant escaping during gauging. | [#2] 日立分体冷氣問題 Recently, I watched a few footage on troubleshooting inverter type AC. (fixed speed is becoming obsolete) Would need to check various test points for resistance(solid state board, MOSFET), voltage(dc link, input ac, CPU input), sensor values(got 2-3 for outdoor unit), compressor current before jumping to conclusion.
