Possibly, avoiding parallel imported goods for more renowned brands(older models are still OK) under the circumstance but not worth buying from amazon, local price is about the same yet with warranty. Even Manfrotto adapter plate can be used product, only when I got a more brand new tripod head for direct comparison, then I found that one plastic pin cover was missing from the former and some scratch marks. Buyer beware especially for International buyer since cost for return is high. Many SOB's love to play around with gadgets and then returned the products, so-called freedom in the context. You can hardly enjoy such privilege since shipping cost is high. US-many used products though shipping cost is low. Failed to deliver twice, hence returned to seller. Good customer service for full or partial refund(for usable items)/return.(you might not want such service at all if quality is good) De-Still got used products even for bathroom faucet(once I believed to be 100% brand new for most items), shipping cost is highest. Can only buy DVD/blu ray discs, based on weight and not individual nos. Slow shipment. Many items are more pricey than those from other Companies. UK-more reasonable but sterling exchange rate is higher now. Shipping cost is second highest. Got two Manfrotto 055 carbon tripods and 2 hydraulic tripod heads. Possibly, more honest?!(might be depending on the items) All in all, buying from amazon is not risk-free. You might get lemons once in every 3 purchases.(not much lower than buying from Ebay) |

| [#88] Amazon 同好會 I would not ship back the broken/tampered/used faucet for refund, at my cost.(cheat me twice.....) I insisted on having refund or replacement first(faucet alone,no need for rail/shower head) due to seller's fault/fraud.(photo attached, not myself change of mind which follows the normal return procedure) Refund without returned commodity was not an option for amazon.de(partial refund is OK for amazon.us if commodity is serviceable with minor defects or used before) but sending replacement is OK.(will get it tomorrow, hope it's not lemon again) At least, some response from customer service. Sending back the worthless iron is pricey due to long length(with rail) US 50 for 3.5kg via air parcel(seller should pay the cost first rather than reimbursement, most likely, no need to ship back due to Company's policy, losing items rather than losing money).
