| [#12192] 咖啡日常 YOYOYYOYOYYO jta thx for those sharing especially for the roaster,... a roaster for 300 gram to 600 gram ....is very suitable for coffee lover home roasting..... each batch of green at 300 gram...yeild about 250 to 255 gram..... rest for 7 days..., lets say ...each day we have 80 grams...each roast last 3 days... so weekly ...having 3 to 4 batch of roasting..... not too time consuming for that hobby from my espresso roasting, "rapid raise time" is critical, to ensure we may get the characteristic of some bean.... is wiser to use 50% of the max heat capacity ...otherwise raise time will be affected for certain type dark roast with different "raise time" from reaching the first crack....and heat withdrawal from first crack to or almost reach 2nd crack .....dictate the favour profile one bean can create more than 6 to 9 very different taste and texture profile so we can create our own blend based on one single bean with different roasting profile too i had so much fun from home roasting... ..do not have time to get back to roasting yet, until i find a suitable roaster ( too bad...i dislike that device with digital feature..) as he mentioned "ROR" ..i like his channel 最後修改時間: 2026-01-28 17:15:33 |
