| [#181] 羊腩煲 Fresh lamb flank, bought from Chi Fu, limited supply. Can only serve 3 customers(2 catties each) and 1 lamb once every fortnight. Took a few pieces yesterday despite having vaccination. Again, without a pressure cooker, it's a bit difficult to handle. Water/sauce can be kept to minimal to preserve the ingredients. So, go to Wing on to buy a WMF cooker as parallel issue.
