| [#484] Coffee 自製靚咖啡同好會 i use a small glass french press for cold milk frothing depending on the texture of the cold milk is needed.. ,the frothing may be 2 stages.... as some people prefer thick Milk foam at top... ( thick foam never good to mix with the coffee for actual drinking too ), so thicker milk foam at top..., thinner frothing milk at the bottom drink..etc..) and depending on what my friends want ...cocktail shaker is needed too i love cocktail making 15 yrs agooooooooooooooo and i only drink black without sugar.. haha haha |

| [#490] Coffee 自製靚咖啡同好會 Haha, single one for each time, may be 200g-300g for one bean. Roast every Sundays. Most of it are for hand drip. I tried for about a year. I find the beans at this stage fit me. May be varies later. Normally 2 cups a day! |
