| [#43] 古老拔蘭地 好古老嘅烈酒， 個 cork 縮咗水有空氣入 烈酒啲 yeast 一早瓜晒理論上係唔會因時間而進步 但係事實上有微量空氣入到，酒精會揮發左啲冇咁搶喉，而有啲微量嘅空氣都會改變酒質少少 當然如果酒精揮發得太多，濃度太低，會有細菌滋生 但係一般情況，放幾十年都唔會去到酒精濃度太低嘅境界 另一個原因解釋點解古老烈酒會好飲啲，係因為新酒嘅品質，可能真係冇以前咁好 早10年需求量大增，XO 嘅生產商冇可能幾十年前(XO好似要50年)就預計到呢一個需求量 所以近年嘅所謂XO，可能係用VSOP 死充當係XO |
