| [#2] 有冇人用過TOTOKI 東崎 S1628 近吸式排油煙機 Recently, I studied a few brands of cooking ranges. What is so special about the brand as proposed? You can simply buy a KDK(or Panasonic) one of similar design at $1250. I am looking for Misoko inclined design and auto-cleaning by infra red, more cutting edge. Higher capturing velocity for oil fume, conventional wall mounted type is too far off from the stove(about 700mm), hence mostly sucking air from the kitchen.(of course, you can't open the kitchen door due to high suction force but doesn't mean it's effective) Smoke test can confirm the air path.(burning white sage, giving dense white fume) European type is too tall and heavy for my application, besides, large air duct opening.(170-180mm) Standard answer on R33 must be Fujixxx.(MIJ version only) |

| [#8] 有冇人用過TOTOKI 東崎 S1628 近吸式排油煙機 Auto cleaning for cooking hood is quite common, infra red heating is claimed to be more effective than hot water system c/w pump.(or cold water plus chemical, basically outdated) Many brands on Taobao got the former feature, yet at low price. But shipping cost for 33kg or volume weight based on oversized package? Up to time of writing, no auto-cleaning system for air duct alone.(simply use aluminium foil duct and dump after a few years, no point of cleaning due to low cost, even for A/C air duct, no cleaning at all, BAD) Unless customer chooses exquisite electronics for the hood, say body motion detection, the drive system can last for a decade.(especially using mechanical switch only) So, mostly durable, nothing to do with Fujixx brand.
