| [#4] Coffee 自製靚咖啡同好會 -drinking filter-coffee some many years before ..trying many different coffee from diff countries esp. when going bus.trips - changed to expresso coffee machne few years ago ... using the same coffee, the taste is somehow diff when using exp-macjine. Overall, i feel it is "less responsive" to different coffee ... - few months ago, try back filter-coffee machine ...quite good ar. Any experience to share ... |

| [#12] Coffee 自製靚咖啡同好會 I am working on roasting my own beans from raw. Found that freshly roasted beans (assuming successful) will have a much better taste but will be 50% gone after 10 days. So even you buy the fresh beans and do the grinding yourself, you still miss 60-70% of the real taste. Think about it and try roasting! :-) |

| [#16] Coffee 自製靚咖啡同好會 The milk and sugar that you put into coffee makes a lot of difference too. 北海道3.6非常正 but too expensive. Now I use 黑白奶 (use a bit less) and raw sugar. |
