| [#3] 醃肉梳打粉係咪即係等同BAKING SODA? 首先這些醃肉梳打粉.... 有一啲並唔係梳打粉..is borox Soda is sodium bicarbonate Borox is sodium tetracarbonate 嗰啲中文名稱... 好多都亂咁嚟㗎 佢哋講嘅醃肉梳打粉 can be soda or borox or baking soda 小心使用 if it is borox 專業嘅中式廚房佬 或者老一輩嘅廚房佬 love borox to 鬆肉.. 但用完之後嗰啲肉類要啤水一段時間因為係有害 Baking soda is is not soda Baking soda is Sodium hydrogen carbonate Suppose both are quite harmless 真係唔知嗰啲醃肉梳打粉係乜嘢梳打, 可能個個牌子都唔同㗎, 如果佢係叫鬆肉粉.. | [#8] 醃肉梳打粉係咪即係等同BAKING SODA? 蘇打、梳打、 soda ： 1. 大蘇打、washing soda 即是碳酸鈉， sodium carbonate NaCO3 2. 小蘇打、食用梳打、baking soda 即是 sodium bicarbonate，而 bicarbonate 即是 hydrogen carbonate，NaHCO3 讀書時代，話大梳打要嚟洗野，但從來見人洗野都係用哥士的 caustic soda，sodium hydroxide NaOH 是也。 整野食，整餅乾，鬆肉/乸肉，都係用小蘇打。 梳打水，淨係識得用罐裝支裝，唔識自己溝⋯⋯ 中式梘水則是碳酸氫鉀一類嘢 |
