some Volkswagen's saleman are very Bad manners..especially the staff from service center (tsuen wan)

yeah, last year I visit their road show at tst. I am eager to buy and leav ehtme their contact and ask them to check and help to resale my previa.....no answers from them.

My second experience was my visit to Tsuen Wan...... very lazy to re-call their potential buyers......

So, I bought BMW 2 weeks later .....that was far far better services........Different class??

Volkswagen is a good car, but for Hong Kong, their reputation is ruined. I directly complained to Germany Head office.

行車展。經紀强調牌保寫德国做及約試車golf。但此車是否德国做及只有二年保養？
