用家意見	the phone is good. however,most of the motorola mobile phone will always be hanged.as i and my family have different model, such as v3688 , t2688 v2188 and startac. all the product have hanged in several times( different network ), although i talked to the motorola company, their reply is very stupid. they just asked me to take the phone to let them repair. the main point is they should have notice on it and minimium the inconvenience to the customer as much as they can.finall, i sent the e-mail to them but they reply to me anymore. i just a consumer to use the motorola product, i am not a seller.
