| [#1] Get A Life - Eason Chan Live in Hong Kong Overall, a comparatively decent canto-pop to add to the collection compared to the other canto-pop blu-ray concerts out there in the market. This is a BD50 all region blu-ray. It has a 4 audio channels: 1. PCM 5.1 16bit 2. DTS HD 5.1 24bit 3. DD-ex 6.1 vocal 16bit 4. DD 2.0 Karaoke 16bit There are 38 songs in the disc including many 2005/06 hits. The concert theme is gothic with lots of black, white & grey tones. The concert 7 out of 10 - A watchable concert with alot of good eason songs. No super big production effects. Nice selection of songs, especially later part. Eason is in fairly good shape. The audio 7 out of 10 - I am happy to see a DTS HD channel. The rear channels is not fully utilised. The quality fluctuates a little during the concert as the recording switches the audience noise in and out of the rear channels sometimes affecting the main vocal & music. The visual 6 out of 10 - A very mono tone concert in terms of visual. Sometimes, the black has noise. Too much red lighting as well. |
