| [#1] Forged High Resoulution Download at Linn's website 各位师兄： http://www.computeraudiophile.com/content/Look-what-Linn-sold-2496 最近在comuter audiophile网站有一讨论，有人在Linn的网站付费下载了高解像度的音乐档案但后来发现不是如其声称的高解像度。该音乐档案不是Linn自己的而是其它公司提供的！事件还没有查出来是谁的错误。 音响工业一方极力推动高解像度的音乐但又不落力生产高解像度的音乐录音。什么SACD很多都使用原有旧的母带从新upsample而再发行。本以为从信誉可靠的网站付费下载高解像度的音乐档案是可靠的，结果也只是外边挂个高解像度的招牌，里边还是16/44的档案！ 这样，看来CD是不会被取代，高解像度的档案也不能成为主流！ 最後修改時間: 2010-11-15 16:35:44 |

| [#3] Forged High Resoulution Download at Linn's website 不要自作聪明，不要扮专家，先去看看连接的网页，有很多人在研究评论。看完了之后才说吧。 现在说的不单是录音时的格式，是下载档案的格式。事件事是关于伪称档案是24/96格式而于实际有所出入。 你说的谁都知道的。现在是Linn网站标明24/96的下载，它的网站每一首歌，不同格式是不同收费的。付了24/96的费用下载的不应该是24/96格式的？ 现在事件经过了很长时间Linn都没有调查结果公布呢！就你最聪明啦。连接那网站里几十个人的评论都不用看就说些肤浅的理论扮专家！佩服！ |

| [#5] Forged High Resoulution Download at Linn's website 根本就不明白就别再乱说啦。一看你说早期的录音不会有24/96就知道了。很多RCA的模拟录音都从新发行并制成24/192 的SACD呢！这些都是从模拟转化变成数码并在转化过程中up-sampling到指定的比特及频宽。但这“母带”的格式并不代表CD或下载档案的比特几频宽，在压制普通RED BOOK CD 时，又再 down-sampling 成为 16/44。 标题内的连接就是用户发现Linn网站一些声称为24/96的档案其实可能只是16/44的。挂了高清牌不一定就是高清！ 标贴这主旨是让用户警惕小心付钱买了些假高清，就连Linn网站都可能有假高清的音乐档案，我们能信谁！有些人看都没看那连接里的评论就胡乱说些不对题的言论来扮专家真的是可笑。 下载过高清档案就等如专家，不用看内文就等于知道别人说什么？真的不明白是什么道理！这里大部份网友都拥有音响器材，那每个都是CD盘专家、扩音机专家、扬声气专家了。 我没那么聪明啊，我是要透过学习及多阅读其它资讯来丰富自己的认识，不能像那些天资好的，只看链接不用看内文就可以理直气壮说曾买过高清档案就成为专家而作出不对题的评论。 事件经过了那么久，Linn应该有的是这方面的专家也没法查明证实有关档案是24/96而洗脫污点。就阁下一句说早的录音及买过高清档案就能盖棺定论，佩服佩服。Linn早应重金礼聘阁下做他们的专家啊，那就能早日沉冤得雪！ 其实除了伪称是高清格式这问题外，我们CAS这群发烧友还要面对一些格式确是高清但原本母带不是高清录音的，如早期模拟录音及一些没超过16/44规格的数码录音。这些录音经过处理如up-sampling而再发行时打正旗号说高清，其实压制CD时，还是受RED BOOK 的格式限制而需以16/44 来压制，很多人都会误解以为CD内的歌是高清格式！就算是SACD，没错碟内都真的是高清格式的，但这些高清不是真的原生高清，可以说是无中生有的把戏！ 高清不高清其实并不是那么重要，最重要是原本的录音好，那就有条件制成动听的CD或SACD。问题是怎样避免给骗了付较贵的价钱买了些假高清的音乐。我们这些一般的发烧友是很难查证下载的所谓高清档案是否真的高清呢！ 最後修改時間: 2010-11-19 09:55:17 |

| [#13] Forged High Resolution Download at Linn's website If anyone has read those discussion in that URL, one would have realized that at the very first instance G had not read those discussion at all and was not aware of what it is all about but ginger pretended that he knows everything and started talking about old recording will not have high resolutions. After being pointed out that ginger had not actually read the discussions there and G was expressing irrelevant opinion, G then claimed that he bought Carol Kidd from Linn and therefore he is knowledgable in the matter in concern. First knowledge on the topic is not simply earned by buying some high resolutions files, even if it would, then might be I bought more than G did and that's why the discussion therein raised my concern. G's screen capture of spectrum is relevant in showing whether or not a file could be high resolutions but not absolute as discussed in that thread. More spectrum capture were shown in that thread which are no way decisive but persuasive. Further, it is not at all merely accusation of Linn but the concern of care should be taken to make sure the high resolution files offered for download is truly high resolution. Having being pointed out again that G did not read that thread and expressed irrelevant opinion, G then alleged that the writer knows nothing about spectrum without realizing that the discussions there are full of spectrum captures to prove those points of the forum members there and thereby exposing of the truth that he had not read the discussions there. Might be G is an expert in certain aspect cos' he isn't ignorant about CAS but the problem is that G was expressing opinion on matters not relevant to the thread in concern at all. Even worse, G tried to cover up his not having read the discussions there before expressing opinion by putting up more irrelevant opinions. | [#14] Forged High Resolution Download at Linn's website 你只是睇他人 forum所講，我有真實証明，你有問題還是我?我已講過有些可能唔係原裝 24/96，因是舊錄音，master 是16/44，你都可以講 ADD/AAD 那些都唔係 16/44 或 24/96 master，還有很多舊錄音master 是 PCM，再去做 sacd 碟都是用軟件轉DSD 再升上去SACD format，你又可以話唱片公司呃你。。這也是賣貴很多，咁你買不買? |

The thread in Computer Audiophile was about someone NOT ME, who found some downloads are possibly faked high resolution files and then discussion on the care should be taken by Linn to ensure the files are of high resolution and discussions of the members on the reliability of various software in checking the spectrum of the music files. I post this thread is to share with CAS fans that we should be careful. Since Linn is a reputable brand and pioneer in offering download of high resolution music files, if such website has fake high resolution, who can we trust and where CAS fans can buy high resolution files? You got it all wrong. Please read the thread before jumping into express your opinion. You have made this thread of notifying CAS fans of possible fake high resolutions music files from reputable website into your accusation against me of complaining Linn. Where did you mention those in this thread, it first appeared in #14 and it contradicted to what your very first post here "你首先要清楚歌曲錄音年份，若太早，都幾難有24/96 master". So whether old recording could have high resolutions file or not? No doubt your spectrum might prove the Carol Kidd you have is genuine high resolution but that thread is not talking on your Carol Kidd and there are hundreds of albums on Linn's website. Yours according to the spectrum is genuine high resolution cannot prove the others are and I can't see your logic by showing that yours is genuine then the other members discussing there must be wrong. The fact that you have bought Jazz from Linn could not prove that Linn is only selling Jazz album, yours is genuine does not prove the others are, don't you get it? As I said, you might be an expert and might be your opinions are not wrong by themselves but they are irrelevant in this thread. A: Where to buy apple? | [#20] Forged High Resolution Download at Linn's website Everyone has his personal preference and that's why HI-FI fans find so much fun with it. I myself also prefer buying CDs if it is just ordinary 16/44. If it is of high resolutions, apart from SACD (I am using CAS now, so don't have any SACD player), we can only download the files and it hurts to learn that even Linn might have fake high resolutions on their website. So we need to be careful. |
