| [#2] 迷失東京, Lost In Translation 套戲雖然幾好,但我認為這不是愛,只是有兩棵寂寞的心在異地相遇.好在於他們很理志地沒有做出越軌行為. 這套戲另我想起王家衛的花樣年華,但我個人覺得花樣年華較好. 如果這戲打敗Lord of the Rings成為Oscar最佳電影就真係"dump"心!! |

| [#4] 迷失東京, Lost In Translation 很明顯, 是講感覺的一齣戲,因為在荷里活式的formula movie內, 很少這一類型的戲,所以受注目. 老實說, 它不是很精彩的戲. 頭一段, 有著新旓仴t的毛病... 剪得很碎, 欠流暢. 尾段又太婆媽.... 最有 feel則是床上, 男主角用手摸著女主角的腳一段. 但這些感覺堆砌, 老實說, 我覺得王家衛拍得好好多. 得獎 ? 荷里活少見多怪, 她是哥普拉的女兒. |

| [#11] 迷失東京, Lost In Translation "日本風情畫" absolutely agree. Photographing the scene of the town is great and beautiful which can easily attract people like me not travelling a lot to Japan, or too busy to do shopping here. I don't feel it's a good movie/screenplay, needless to say winning Oscar, otherwise, very wired! The Japanese dialogue do not have subtitle. How do we/audiences/foreigners expect to understand the intrinsic meaning, and know how to laugh? |

| [#13] 迷失東京, Lost In Translation Absolutely beautiful movie. The characters were peculiarly charming. The mood quietly hypnotic. The humor dry and subtle, and yet poignant. The whole set in Tokyo was filmed so well - blending the techno coolness of the city with the bizarre warmth of the people to create that uneasy feeling of being in an alien but not threatening world ... which is what this movie seems to be about. I loved this film. It is one of the few I watch again and again and again. And each time, I end up sighing - wishing I could be in Tokyo now, and wishing I could meet someone like that in the funny foreign place between brief companionship and a lasting something more. I bought the Region 1 DVD. Decent visual images. Good sound quality. The special features were entertaining too. I feel a lot more respect for Sofia Coppola now (after her fiasco in Godfather 3 of course). The 'Making of' was quite funny - thanks to Bill Murray who is just as funny off screen as on. |
