[#1] Bad Service YxxAsia Bad Service YxxAsia, I say No to YxxAsia from now on! Order CD 'Throne' on 27 April. The website said “usually ships within 1–2 days”. (After my complaint, they changed it to 7-14 days.) When I checked out, everything ok. A few days later, received an email saying shipment on 11 May !! Two Weeks Later!! |

[#2] Bad Service YxxAsia I complained via their feedback page. Very unfriendly. Require you to input a lot of info. There is also a time-out feature stopping you write long complaint. Once time-out, you have to input everything again. The customer service lady was friendly in replies. That's the only good point. Stalling strategy : saying delivery by HK Post Office out of their control, saying Saturday, Sunday and public holidays no service....... referring their terms and conditions .... Finally the postman delivered on 11 May by Local Courier Service. |
