| [#1] The Chronicles of Riddick A great movie!! If you like sci-fi movies, this is the one to watch, it's packed with all you need for a sci-fi movie. And this can easily be one of the best ones after star wars. If you have watched and liked Pitch Black, then you definitely have to watch this, since this can be considered as the sequel to Pitch Black. Although story is unrelated, the main character, Riddick, is the same. Though the story is straight forward. But you have to watch the director's cut, which includes 15mins of footage to complete this movie (the original cut can be confusing). The colour is great, image is very clear and void of any grain - can be used to test your display. Sound is good too, one complain i have is that it only comes in DD5.1, no DTS. |
