Remember that Amazon has the Marketplace which sells new and used CDs too
If a participating 3rd party has indeed a limited ed. to sell then it is possible such item will appear in the Marketplace

Amon 99 hing, this is 24 K gold cd editon which has been issued some 8/10 years ago. the cd is MIJ. I bought this from a R33 ching by chance so no idea on further details.

As there is no willing seller, it is not strange that you cannot locate it on amazon. I have checked E
Bay and regretabbly, it is also not available. maybe you check the website periodically to see if it will accidentally appear.

Certainly some rarities would never (or very rarely) make it to the Mktplace

So yes the Marketplace doesn't mean everything, since you simply can't get what you can't even see. When that happens, you'll have to resort to eB etc. etc.

Anyway, let's see if your copy is listed here...
