| [#108] 日本行 Egg, nothing wrong if you choose organic or free range chick. 4 eggs/day, 2 scrambled, 2 in boiled water. $4-5 each from supermarket, Australia or USA. Must need 6 eggs for replenishment after an ejaculation, my rule of thumb. Avoid Chinese eggs, full of hormone and antibiotic, yet concentrated. Egg is one of the 10 highest nutritional foods, the others are kale, blueberry, wild salmon(can only find canned sockeye), sardine, liver etc. Calf liver is super food in having most minerals and vitamins, so weird.(city super) |
