| [#27] 自駕 北海道 請各位師兄比意見 Frankly, I was kind of scare at 160km but my gf seems perfectly normal. Today I had dinner with her mom and her, we mentioned the speed at 160km, her mom said "It's only what, 80, 90mph? That's not too fast." seems ppl in England is pretty get used to this high speed. Frankly, I just can't help it when I was driving on a car-less highway. I just keep pressing the padel harder and harder... Eddie Wan: Don't trust the GPS on time. It's totally screw up. I always take 1/3 to 1/2 of the time it's mention. Only trust to Distance and calcuate the time with your own speed. The only traffice I had was near Sapporo City. Rest is traffic free (not sure in July or Aug thou...) |

| [#24] 自駕 北海道 請各位師兄比意見 hahah, my max speed was 160km/hr on Paid Highway. Avg Speed was 130-140km/hr on paid highway, 100km/hr on mountain or city side round. BTW, Nissan March is a really good car. Even at 160km, the inner noise are too bad and very steady. |

| [#15] 自駕 北海道 請各位師兄比意見 Eddie, I will sort out the photos tonight :) Parking in Otaru is easy if you welling to pay. Around 100Yen/20mins or so. If you want to find free parking spot in city center, it's not easy but there are. I found the spot :) Otaru City center is not that big, what I can do was park in Hotel Parking (paid for 24hrs) and walk. However, I was too lazy to walk at that time. |

| [#14] 自駕 北海道 請各位師兄比意見 Day 3 seems long drive. I did that once and I stop in 二世古 for one night. And the drive from 二世古 to 小樽 (seaside) is very pretty! In your case, I will drive day 3 from 函館 to 洞爺湖, rest for onsen. Day 4 from 洞爺湖 (check out ard 10am) to 小樽, then after visit 小樽, back to 札幌. 函館 major for the night scene and also the morning seafood market. So if you don't have enough time, stay one less day in 函館 but spend one more day in 札幌. |
