| [#27] 今日行山 我以前也常一個人行山，因為很難約到一個速度差不多，.... I feel the same, even my wife cannot join me. I was the fastest ascender in my office(not experienced hiker and seldom join a team) but slow in descending. Uphill, you can pick up grass for assistance, less slippery. Just in case one falls, simply stayput and assess your health and surrounding, don't rise up promptly, otherwise may fall once more.(read it somewhere) Same for people fainting, don't lift him/her up immediately, otherwise, can cause stroke. Got an ex-colleague just retired, don't think he can join me since he lives in Kowloon. Besides, no keen interest though having plenty of time. | [#37] 今日行山 九龍今日空氣質素真係幾差咁喎，今日係屯門就好啲，去咗年輕人拍拖打咭聖地菠蘿山港版大峽谷。 見到好多年輕人，不知危險，走出圖中四位青年站立位置打咭，佢哋企緊嘅係兩邊都係深三十米到嘅垂青懸崖。  |
