| [#32] Gotham 同好會（新） I don't think "real Gotham" is the right term. Old, or old-stock Gotham is more proper. The new Gotham cables now are still REAL Gotham, even if they are not manufactured in Austria any more. I don't know how the new compare to the old. I do have the new GAC-2 and it sounds very close to the old one. There is though a difference in softness and flexibility of the cables. The newer ones are a little less flexible. Old always sound better than new? In that case, should we say old transformers always sound a lot better than new ones, despite claims of advances? This is just to say the new Gotham cables have continued to sound spectacular. |

| [#40] Gotham 同好會（新） just got a new Brimar, testing both RCA: Gotham 11001 RCA Vs Brimar 11001 RCA Gotham 用普通 銅, Brimar 用 7N 銅, 其他完全一樣. 一樣聲, Brimar 較貴麗, Gotham 較純. 用在 turntable, gotham 自然d. 用在 CDP, Brimar 貴麗d. 另外, 個人覺得 RCA 要1.5m, 1.82m 或 2m 才好. 1m 太短了. |
