| [#6811] 英倫再上路 Yes.. caring senior （建制派） visited me last jun and asked me the same old question "why u don't love our mother land", actually same thing when I was hong Kong for so many years.. I was quite surprised, no one meet me this 2025 jun ...may be they really know I give up hk/China living totally When I worked at China, every 2 weeks , special police officer met me , sat down with me for a chat and together with a photographer (every 2 weeks they took me the latest photo), me and that police officer become quite a good friend too .. Almost all of my staffs got the instructions via wechat etc.. on reporting me if I .off the line etc..(almost all of them show me that instructions) Once a month or 2 , someone shall invite me for a dinner...to talk about same old topic "why don't u love mother land" All i can say..I create work for them , even I am someone or I consider I was nobody who give some/share some opinions / thought to some groups of activist I did not get along with certain group too well, as they really " 心愛祖國恨鐵不成鋼”，我認為他們愛的國根本不存在從來不存在 Me ...believe they are cancer of civilization 最後修改時間: 2025-12-02 06:13:25 |

| [#6808] 英倫再上路 從2000年開始到2019年 我親眼見證中國幾個重點城市改變 城管。。。。。。 他們負責做一些體制以內不能做的事情 體制不用付款，只要畀佢哋在區域拿到好處，什麼驗樓，什麼電梯安全檢查月費，什麼電力安全年檢費用 ....都是這班人負責,有發票的 2000年的時候財務總監，因應地方的要求都要畀一啲錢現金，唔識點開數，我就去負責搵供應商做返一啲單 2019年，所有這些古靈精怪的收費，明白的，有正式發票 灰色地帶 建制永遠都擁有他們的黑材料，是永遠不怕他們作反的，互相控制，互相利用 用了二三十年，建立了這一個非體制內勢力的經營模式 不方便在公開的地方講得太多 今年已經很好六月冇人探我 過多兩年香港就差不多完成這一套的融合了 你想要關愛嗎？ 今次事件複雜了一點 最後修改時間: 2025-12-02 05:11:47 |

However, with the guidelines by the Buildings Department, in paragraph 6.15 it clearly states that: 6.15 Protective nets, screens, tarpaulin/plastic sheetings installed to cover the façade of buildings under construction, demolition, renovation, repair and minor works should have appropriate fire retardant properties in compliance with a recognised standard. |

| [#6803] 英倫再上路 I am not an expect in Fire Safety I found these information about Bamboo Scaffoldings by the Hong Kong Buildings Department. https://www.bd.gov.hk/doc/en/resources/codes-and-references/code-and-design-manuals/GDCBS.pdf As for the cable ties, they are made of Nylon Polyamide 6/6 reaching either UL94-V0 or UL94-V2 standard, requiring the ties to self-extinguish within 10 seconds for V0 and 30 seconds for V2 without dripping flaming particles that ignite a cotton indicator. Their working temperatures could be ranging: -40°C to +120°C (Continuous or extended exposure to +105°C). However, there is no information how long can they sustain with a fire of 500 °C as in Tai Po Fire. Here is my thought. What I can see from the fire is that it spreads the fire very quickly after the safety nets got on fire. If they reach the required standard they should self-extinguished and should not form dripping particles. The fire then lit up the styrofoam which was used to block the windows and this is the major cause of fire that killed so many people inside the buildings. We can still see some bamboo scaffolding collapsed and it could be the reason that some cable ties were destroyed by the fire and leading to the disintegration of the structure. |

| [#6802] 英倫再上路 印象，現代的搭棚應該用尼龍繩 尼龍索帶是另一樣東西 大家都有可能係用nylon 6, 66 這個系列的材料 我我部分的工作，從事特別尼龍紮帶生產都有十幾年時間，視乎品種，開始軟化由七十幾度至百幾度，還有普通級V2，及有阻燃一點V0的級別等等 完全用融化250度以上 在這個情況，為什麼有這麼多的捆綁位置還存在，可能解釋的原因，當然就是實際溫度接觸時間及環境給他冷卻時間的比率，在軟化，冷卻再定型維持軟化狀態 相信捆綁兩條竹，都有幾十個圈以上,斷估用這個粗幼的尼龍繩,每兩個圈的承受拉力都超過五六十公斤以上,如果係幾十個圈的捆綁,表面融化，裏面還有四五個圈都還頂得住，在這個形狀厚薄等等，都有見到很多鵬的部分跌下來，這部分，當然就是受熱時間令到捆綁位置完全破壞，以及a few section of bamboo之燒斷等等 這個無常規，混亂的情況，幾乎開放的空間，很難估計 最後修改時間: 2025-12-02 03:25:30 |
