[#5427] HORN 同好會蛇仔 Good horn.. ah.. this seems similar design as. JBL evevst.. horn.. Navyseals. The brand is Yamaha.. Yes round horn is very good sound!
usually direct & like "moving" to you!

yes,that's are small version of the JBL everest horn,
the 2 side is not the same,one narrow,one wide,
seems that intend to create a pattern between the 2
speakers,more focusing!

Horn . JBL everest horn\

the speaker is very good sound in JBL Family.
the price just over 20K is also in good buy.

The main reason for good sound is not only for
the horn.. I think the speaker volume and design
is the key..

the one is small ver JBL with 12-14" woofer
.. the horn with same design.. sorry. but may be it's not everest.
may be I recall in wrong..It should be S serious
instead...

If i am correct the one without the 2405 tweeters.

In fact , if JBL use the parts + sound to select
may be L300 is a good choice.
price just around 26K.

this price is much less than many years ago...

u know JBL 077 + LE 85 horn + 15" woofer..woo.

L220 also very good. around HKD 22K - 23K
price is also good ...

JBL 076 (cat eye) ...+ 14" woofer + 1 passive
woofer..but no real horn drive inside.

if for the sound L220 is more pop..

jbl .. all the tweeters . driver
is good sound.
But the problems ,,, most likely , I think
is in the crossover. + the speaker box...
yes..in true if for collection the JBL
must a classic look.. but for the sound.
PA box , i think is higher.

I want to test the supplier 12" coaxial
JBL before.. but this JBL already sold to another
smart R33 member la...

today..connect all cable and push test my
round horn speaker by tube pre - / tube power
amp. VT-25 single end.
may be only have 2.5-3 w.
Wah! still get a lot of bass. I think this
Yamaha eff can chase up ALTEC 515 serious.

But listern L and R level. the old problems.
one horn seems have more details sound than others.

Hope this can be fine when run more time la..
As it is diffcult to do anything at the moment.
