It can absorb the ON/OFF spark if the switch contacts and this helps to prevent pollution (spark) to the power line of you house. It can be considered an environmental friendly product. Wonderful. |

| [#64] DIY 的樂趣 Bruce Rozenblit of Transcendent Audio holds the GG's circuit copyright, I think he share the circuit intended for DIY but not for commerical purpose, as he also selling own GG Kit, I think for teaching purpose, inform Bruce first can prevent a lot of misunderstanding. |

| [#73] DIY 的樂趣 ＞相信此人終日兮兮噩噩,游手好嫻,到處辣起火頭引人注意,眼見比他年青一群在diy上有小成就,怒火中燒,心有不甘. 完全唔出奇, gsel 兄, 今時今日還能有群熱誠既人, 開班授徒, 互相交流, 仲只收千餘元, 提供場地, 導師, 仲好似有埋kit, 邊度搵 ? 簡直超晒值! 如何講得上水魚 ? 此人不但無知, 而且心胸極窄. 眼見有人開班授徒, 就心有不甘. 在這主旨 " ( 2005 年香港影音大事回顧 )" 獨自說出這話來. " (唉...好為人師 無料無聊之輩仲未仙遊) " . 我睇到就覺得怪怪地, 真係邊個踩親奀孎 . 想起我自己多年前自學時, 因無人在旁指點, 浪費左多少冤枉錢, 比高壓電電到飛起不知多少次, 仲燒埋後級同對喇叭. 至摸到如何做出一部出到聲既前級. 花費又何止千元 ? 今時今日, 去學用windows 開個server 都要收兩皮幾 la, 仲唔包你學得識. DIY 的箇中樂趣, 簡直就係踏上玩 hi fi 至高境界的第一步. 眼高手低既人又怎會明白ah ! 總之就是世上最毒, 令人不能自拔. 不歸路, 不能回頭 咁厲害 la ! :) |

The first day when we were born, we copy knowledge from our parents, relatives, teachers, friends, etc.When I was working in Ying Kwong in 1981, my boss Mr. Wu copied circuits, layouts from famous designers. He sold "Halfer" kits to foreigners from Canada & USA. Except for the density of the heatsinks, others are exactly the same. The master of masters Mr. Nelson Pass posts his designs on internet and teach us how to DIY. Primare pre30 pre-amp copied circuits from Threshold and Pass Labs(both ciruits are from Mr. Pass) and is proud of it.If we don't learn things from others, how can we improve ourselves. |
