| [#68] Pass Labs 同好會 Hi sunnytang Today, i try to increase the volume faster, i observe that the "sparking" sound seem to be not louder. Maybe i have wrong observation on last testing. Moreover, i also call Hong Kong dealer, they also rely me it is normal. Moreover, I also discuss with Hong Kong dealer about "pop" sound when i turn on X250.5. They also said that it is normal , if the sound is not serious, they said that they can try to adjust a DC offset in X250.5 in order to try to reduce the 'pop" sound. Thanks for your reply. |

| [#77] Pass Labs 同好會 Hi ykchan I also a user of X1 and X250.5. I also have a pop sound coming from the speaker during turning on X250.5 by pressing front power button. I send a mail to passlabs, they replied that it is normal. Moreover, i also ask Hong Kong dealer , they also reply me , passlab have a setting on the DC offset, if the rating is not greater than 100, it is normal. They said that they can help you to adjust the DC offset setting in order to minimize the pop sound. As per my case, the "pop" sound is not loud , and I am lazy to pull out X250.5 from cabinet so i postphone to request Hong Kong dealer to help to re-adjust it. |
