| [#10225] 英倫再上路 一年365日差不多每天都發夢，沒有發夢的日子是比較少的 瞓得真係唔錯，好似完全無 dream 有時好喜歡發夢，因為夢境好有趣 以往時常寫低有趣嘅夢境，但這個習慣在2010年左右就停止了 因為太多，亦都有紀錄啲夢有時會隔幾年隔幾個月有一個延續版本的，很有趣 上星期天氣報告預計可能會落雨，但看來今個星期的雨水將會很少，落雨的可能性都是偏低 幾棵蘋果樹裏面，有一棵生得比較多的，應該避雨水比較少嚴重影響沒有太多生產，都好，因為實在太多了，唔知道一年少些生產，會不會是他們的休息時間呢 今天早上和Moonmoon 的眼神交流，知道moon moon 不太辛苦,是還有重病的疲倦等等 最後修改時間: 2026-08-03 15:06:57 |

| [#10226] 英倫再上路 practice 練習什麼呢，就係燈光 第一張喜歡，確實暗了一些，已經去到唔可以再較高啲iso，及再慢一點的快門了，兩樣都會令到這張相片變到很差，這康復的一刻，面對光明前路，相片應該鮮明一些，紀錄這一刻正面的時光 第二，環境開咗燈，還有一個附近的led光源 但係唔好睇，在這種場景內打燈好睇係很困難的，需要時間體會 可能要參照chi 提及diy嘅diffuser   最後修改時間: 2026-08-03 16:33:03 |

| [#10233] 英倫再上路 慨然大家講”溝女＂、＂死黨”、＂見色忘義＂、＂沙煲兄弟＂及＂哀樂與共＂，呢啲咁香港靚仔時代回憶，睇怕我都要入嚟插下水。 原來HaHa同我有差唔多都係有＂女仔＂困擾一身，不一定係壞事，只是可能帶有少少遺憾。 我都有一個＂砂煲兄弟＂，佢大我幾歲佢女朋友（現在老婆）同我同姓，我一個叫大佬，一個叫細妹。 80年代因婚姻問題及在西班牙父母要求我突然離港，我並沒有知會任何朋友，包括我大佬細妹。 多年後他們碰見我細妹，問及我近況。我細妹只說我現在係英國生活及在NHS工作。 佢哋竟然寫信去英國多個Professional Councils 表示他們尋找一個long lost friend. 佢哋只係留低佢哋通迅電話，任由我決定是否聯絡佢哋。 我收到我regulatory council 信件，最後我回覆電話比佢吔。 我細妹話我知，當其時電話一響，她的心離一離有感覺呢個係我打來的電話。 再fast forward ，現在我每次返香港都會同佢哋及其他舊同事食飯一聚。我甚至同我大佬細妹去旅行。 我在澳洲大佬仲犀利，佢係70年代在上水鳳溪中學讀成人夜校認識的朋友，到現在都有聯絡及一齊聚會。  最後修改時間: 2026-08-03 18:11:55 |

| [#10237] 英倫再上路 Last week or a few days..ago , when u having the AR 3 That excessive bass driver movement and not quite follow the music From this video Audio seem fine without those rumbling From those closer look if the drivers , do not see any excessive movement It can be speakers related too it happens to the AR3 with some music and may not happen to the BC3 at all with any musics Using that material may be benefit Wonder do have any small offcuts which fit in between those spike etc..under the table Further to that, do u have the model no. Of that 3M foam ? I love to know more too I shall take a look the data sheet Haha |

Sign of drawback etc.. She is resting now... Active level today for critical stage 4 kidney issue cat is exceptionally good We know that day will come , since we lost 3 similar bleed of cat That is why we been spoon feeding them for their daily main meal, they enjoy and feel loved and proud too . Cat with the sickness gone because they do not eat and would be feed If we do not have that preparation , moon may had gone.... Wish moon have one more chances to enjoy some quality loved and life The day shall come when she refuses to be feed... Wish we shall see her eat by her own initiative within the short term future |
