Ayre同金嗓子兩隻機我係多個場合都聽過，其實兩隻機既取向分別都幾大，好聲否？都要幾睇個人口味。

路過睇到搭吓口先,己上三款器材咁啱小弟都使用中,前級Ayre K5Xe,後級金仔A45,Focus Audio FS8II 電源處理Isotek TITAN,解碼Lucid,各位師兄覺得配搭如何?小弟就覺得好舒服,
對金仔對Ayre沒有半點投訴,話金仔冇料到,吾好聲.......師兄你有冇真正發揮自己件器材實力?

I listerned to a lot of Accuphase and Ayre in many occasions, they are quite opposite in tonal character. It also depends on you taste and which disc you use. But I am quite sure Accuphase is relatively easier to play and match whilest Ayre can give you heaven or hell with just one component gets wrong. Therefore you see a lot of "newer" Ayre in second hand market comparing with Accuphase. Ayre can be sweet and fast but not freshy enough for pop and rock music. And for vocals I don't think Ayre can have any advantage over Accuphase at all.

Moreover, what is "better" is very subjective. Many said B&W is better than Avalon. Many like "throw out" sound with little bass control than well controlled bass and tidy musical stage. A lot of DIY tube guy like big over-focused female voice and oversized intruments---they think only this is "HiFi" enough. They used to hear lips as side of the face. Its OK as long as they enjoy.
