Quality Table at that period.. 0.1..0.2 % should be very easy to archieve.. Etc.. . U Shall be fine after more effort.. | [#207] Garrard 401 idler wheel問題 有快有慢 範圍 去到什麼程度? 如果你講緊冇需要speed control 嘅唱盤 佢嘅快慢範圍其實都好窄.. Some very very old table.. May be +/- 2% Thzoe Garrard 401...lenco.. Etc.. 大部分都喺+/- 0.X% 一個小數位後的% 甚至更低 from 33.3 reference speed As 50 hz is fairly stable... 如果你碰上一個 用這些AC 同步馬達... Always plus or minus around 37rpm, or 31rpm... 呢一個應該係其他物理上嘅 問題.. Not the motor issue.. Etc.. For example.. Garrard type.. Or other belt driven... 可能係皮帶或idler lose grip If it is lenco.. Idler and 雪糕筒的接觸點錯誤 etc.. 其實嗰啲motor 去到401 嗰個年代已經可以做到 0.1% accuracy... Etc.. | [#200] Garrard 401 idler wheel問題 haha i do not know...hows the CTC build, and they may have more than 1 bearing for 401/301 too... they shoud tell u at their oil bottle ?(come with the CTC.. sometime they tell how many drop..or how many CC , and u may not have it..as u said..it come with the table cannot find those "bottle" photo from CTC yet does it have a Felt washer? open that bearing.... never assume there is nothing missing........... usually from the bottom haha if u do not find how much oil...for that CTC... send them a message at the facebook page.. or keep drop by drop adding until u see oil start coming out from the top gap 最後修改時間: 2022-03-22 13:26:05 |

| [#198] Garrard 401 idler wheel問題 this is how the the bearing look like lets say...if there is no external object / big dust..etc..inside the cavity .. u may feel a little bit of friction in between " felt ring washer" and the shaft if u feel quite a bit of friction...check..if that "Felt" are dry and hard ? it suppose to be soft and filled with some oil also check the condition of the bottom brozne thrust pad.. to see if it is in very poor surface condition and clean it..etc.. enough oil ? nothing damaged or deformed...every things straight..etc? if nothing deform and felt is soft and oiled...and enough oil ..etc... if u still feel uncomfortable about the "high住咁"... u may need to upgrade to some 3rd party bearing etc..   最後修改時間: 2022-03-22 12:21:34 |
