If you remove the center tube from the Cronus and connect the 99 to the variable outputs on the Cronus it will work the same as an Atlas so you will be completely bypassing the Cronus preamp stage – a good trick.

我都係M150用家，之前部揸的士dafy7用過KT120 聲音比較hifi，分析力係好咗，但音樂味就少咗隻牛就熱咗好多，問過新M180才可以用到KT150

小弟有事請教，我部M150發覺近日有一邊喇叺高音發出輕微詩詩灑灑聲，我嘗試將喇叭同埋啲膽轉過都有同樣嘅問題出現。跟住我將前級off左都有同樣嘅聲音發出。我將部機煲咗大約一個半鐘頭，那些聲音差不多無晒跟住我有將前級開返
啲聲又大返少少。請問各位朋友知唔知發生乜嘢事有冇辦法解決！請各位幫忙幫忙！
我另外想問如果我將部M150的膽K丅 88換K丅150得唔得可唔可以呢！聲音會不會再好些！請各位比意見同埋指教點樣改！謝謝！

Just want to report my so-called problem with the Sphinx.
Short version: The Sphinx is fine, nothing's the matter with it.

It turned out it's my source that's the culprit. I was between CD players at the time and was using a budget Panasonic Blu Ray player as my source. I've since upgraded to a Marantz SA8005 SACD player and everything is fine.

But what still puzzles me was the difference in quality between what I hear from the speakers and through the headphones.
Didn't realize that the Sphinx's headphone amp is so much more critical of the source.

剛發現了個怪現象：
用16ohms 的 Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones 係 Sphinx 聽冇晒高音，插落電話就有番晒。但用同樣係16ohms嘅 Sennheiser CX400 聽 Sphinx 及電話都冇問題。
咁即係話對 Beyer 唔夾 Sphinx. 但又点解同樣係16ohms 嘅 Senn 又得呢？
曾經 email 問過 Rogue 美國，話300ohms 以下 headphones 都得。真係R晒頭。

各位 Sphinx 用家師兄，

可否分享下個 headphones stage 的表現？
小弟嗰部 Sphinx，喇叭出聲就好靚，但聽 headphones 就冇晒高音咁滯。
初時仲以為係對 headphones 本身有問題，但插落部電話度聽又冇事，所以九成係部 Sphinx...

但攞返代理整前想聽下師兄們的意見。謝謝。

各位師兄，小弟現用vivid V 1.5及MF A3.5合併机，想升級器材先購一部膽前級，再買後級！請問前級RP 5,Athena,及99三部机的口味係怎樣？及可夾我的合併机嗎？另後級stereo 100及Medusa 那部較好可發揮V1.5 呢？想人喜Jazz,女聲，Rock，鼓樂等！要一套前後級又怎匹配呢？請各師兄賜教指導！

My little 2 cents comments :

Currently I am the user of Zenus and was using AR VS110 before. I am not disagree Zenus is in higher C/P value in term of price and its performance. The only drawback is its heavy weight as a real tank.
