I am looking for improvemnt in the 3D sound stage, more sweet mid and high range but with sufficient bass for classical music like volin and panio concerto. Would all Chings now using Dtwo or have ever auditioned offer your comments? Thanks. |

| [#62] ProAc 同好會 I love 1sc very much and am currently using two pairs (one pair of ebony and one cherry which is also from the latest (also last?) production run whereas its back is also of Cherry veneer instead of the usual black's) for my daughers. I have driven them with Cyrus 7+PSX-R and Sythesis Flame valve amp respectively. I found 1sc actually quite accomodating to different amps and just sound beautiful even with low to mid end amp (unlike 805 which I also own). From times to times, I have used the 1sc in my living room where my B&W 805 sign. and Roger 11ohm LS3/5a being my normal main speakers depend upon my mood. The 1sc lives up to these two pairs of bookshelf speakers, really gives pinpoints soundstage, high density mids, sweet high and reasonable bass and above all involuing music. I love small speakers, I also have spare pair of rogue and focus audio and am continuely looking forward to own a pair of ensemble reference. The 1sc are really good ones.
