If the mc u want to buy.. With your headshell .. Exceed 17 grams.. There is always some lighter headshell around.. Too haha

其實份 service manual 有寫個 effective mass 係 12g，最重連 headshell 可以食到 17g

MC 頭我都研究緊，入門平平地可能都係 DL-103，玩 hi output mc 又冇乜意思。

如果放中間駛唔駛再較過個 vta?

咁就唔好衝動住有一個好簡單嘅實驗你可以做 haha

Meaure the headshell with the red.. Lets see the weight...lets say.. 14 grams

Let's sy.. U want audiotechncia at09.. Etc..

Then u know the total weight with your headshell.... Lets say.. 19 grams

So 搵一啲5 gram嘅嘢加上你個headshell 頂with the red.. Etc.. 睇下.. Ok or not.. Haha

And if u care.. U can measure the effective mass of the tone arm... Etc..

Then u have better idea on the future matching to any MC..

Haha.. Assume it is sensible to try some MC hhaha

入門我自己會推薦買部 technics 直驅盤。

自己入手時都係入咗部 SL-D2，當年只係$750，唱頭用 ortofon 2M Red，phono 初時用NAD pp2 (好似 $600) ，後來換咗部2手 manor 唱放，都係千零蚊。

technics 盤嘅好處係極易set，基本上絕大部份型號個 overhang 都係52mm ，好少出現話內圈失真果啲情況。

而且直驅盤保養容易，調較轉速亦較為方便。

recently i am using a KP990 ...really quite "silent", may be the drive or the drive and the kenwood arm.. it is really more" silent " than the TT71 with the UA tone arm , the Tt71 with the UA tone arm sound better for rock ..haha , but for the rest... the kenwood seem better

always want to try the Sony tone arm PUA-7

有理無理，買左先講啦。要平買個二手（應該都吾止二）Technics開波先囉。新未買個Rega Planar 或者 Project Debut 個D 玩。Setting既野，紙上談兵無用，自己落手先會領會。

等如打電腦game，有D人讀完manual再讀都未開始玩，我就跳入去玩左先，再睇下咩料。

十多年前某二手店收了部WT，搵熟客高手幫手set 支臂但唱入內圈就歪，老闆叫我再set攪掂後同我講千祈唔好畀之前個高手知道佢又搵我埋尾，我乘機屈佢請飲茶當掩口費。

Well Tempered 無可否認是好盤,但樓主好似是新手,那支吊吊fing的臂會否難搞左Ｄ?
日本盤一般容易開關調速(甚至auto stop)，而唱臂多可拆headshell安頭，可能容易搞d
Just my 2 cents.
