Yes only happens when you move the volume button. If it's stable no noise. Even the gains are max. When you slowly or fast, move it to high or low, the noise come up.

Thanks caglarborklu, highly believe this is design issue and cannot be fixed becasue this is a variable gain pre-amplifier and using complicated anlog comos switch (using microprocessor control the switch on and off).

Hi All Chings..

Well this is actually really not a big problems or issue.. But as LPXFANS said I think we should be perfectionist.. And those are all high price equipments. This small issue is not against of any performance just I wasnt expecting from Accuphase. As I said hope this small problem will not cause any other serious problems, that's my all concern. Let me send an email to Accuphase Japan and hope to get a reply.. If I get I will share with you as well.

i get reply from Accuphase. Actually i used their Japanese webpage to send an email, i couldn't send email from their English webpage. as i understand from their email (translate by google) it's written in their user manual and not malfunction. Here is the original email..And they attached Chinese and English user manual related page. Left upper part item 2 is mentioning about this..
