| [#4] Pioneer LX52 Vs Onkyo 608 I have LX50 (the first HD AMP series from Pioneer), the surround feeling is much much better than my friend's 706 and he finally sell 706 and bought LX51. Actually I can hear very detailly from LX50, while 706 can just tell you there is sound. When I bought LX50, actually I want to buy 805 (made in Japan), but after I tried both and the salesman told me that, LX50 is even better than 805. To be honest, I won't say it beat 805, but from the price and performance, I will say it is very good. So, I believe LX-52 is also at least compare with 808. BTW, LX-53 is coming with 1.4, you can wait for while, but I believe it will be very expensive and should near $10,000.00 at very beginning. If you don't need 1.4 for 3D, LX-52 should be a very good choice. |
