| [#2] Small Amp for ECLIPSE TD508MK3 I can think of 2 very small amp, not sure if they are up to your standard. Clones audio, I thought about buying one as a toy amp but decided against blowing close to 10k on something I don't need and really want. Cocktail audio has a couple all in one model, it's got CD drive, HDD inside. I have the x30 (I think) which is the bigger one, the smaller model is half the standard width. |

| [#3] Small Amp for ECLIPSE TD508MK3 t4455 hing what a good suggestion! I took a quick look at the web and it seems Cocktail Audio x10 have a mixed review. WhatHifi says it's not good sound. But WHatHifi could be very biased. Then I found it's a Hifi Choice recommended component. WHat is your experience? How do you use it with? It's really the kind of thing my sister would like (though she may want more feminine and stylish appearance which aren't available in the market i think). I planned to donate my unused Project Carbon Esprit Debut to her as she wants to play vinyl. Btw, it isn't as cheap as you said. It's also 11 to 13k? |

The asking price is somewhat higher than your budget, but I imagine it's future resell value will be strong. |

| [#7] Small Amp for ECLIPSE TD508MK3 Hi z, The clones integrated with remote is listed at close to 9k on their website, looks nicely built, I have no experience with any clonE's product. The x30 I have looks fine, like other ~10k device, I used it briefly driving speakers with very difficult load, it did not sound particularly bad. I paid just over 9k for it last year, HDD not included. I gave it to my old man with tons of music loaded onto it. The x10, I have no experience with, it's built like a cheap 山寨 device, I think we can't ask for too much given it's price tag. If u ask me I'd say the cocktails has more features and functions than what I would expect from their price tag. A true all in one (except phono). Being computer and network literate will make setup easier if u want to use the internal HDD or network as music storage. If your sister wants something with an elegant look, I'm afraid she has to go uparket and get a devialet which looks amazing and probably sound excellent too ;) 最後修改時間: 2015-02-07 15:52:43 |

| [#9] Small Amp for ECLIPSE TD508MK3 The virtue audio amp looks really interesting and not expensive. Worth investigating. I also discovered Aura has released Audio Note V.2. Much more expensive. But it does have a quality CDP. However, this recommendation puzzles me: http://www.ubergizmo.com/2015/01/devialet-phantom-review/ Do I need just one speaker? Or two? A lot of things said about its 'revolutionary' nature but have no time to investigate it yet. Wonder if it has demo in HK? Best Charles |
