| [#9] 三月有乜嘢生果當造 Avocado is the best fruit in terms of nutritional value but must be air freight. Otherwise, it won't be ripe by its own. A bit "Leung"(leading to cold syndrome) Cut along the middle, hold the bottom, rotate the top piece. Stone exposed.(poisonous to animal) Yellow Pitaya麒麟果 is simply dragon fruit火龍果, may not worth the high price.(originally $80, price has dropped) Only paying the air freight cost. | [#11] 三月有乜嘢生果當造 Because it's small,much concentrated. The red dragon fruit can be stained inside. Unethical. Fruits can be fake, mislabeled. Fructose or sweetness, not the higher the better(this time, I mean it) especially for pre-diabetes. It enters into liver without immediate elevation of blood sugar level, eventually causing fatty liver. Only taken in moderation. Juicing is a bad idea. |
