| [#24] 特級初榨橄欖油 Long before the news of fake honey, my sis' in law offered me Manuka honey. It was so sweet that I didn't like it at all, based on my intuition. Avoid sugar(low carb as well) since it would "feed"virus and bacteria, especially in pandemic. |

I emailed a renowned F brand sold on supermarket, for test certificate and there was none. A year later, consumer council disclosed that many brands were fake.
