| [#3] 請教修理kdk掛牆風扇 I remember in the older days, I accidentally caused a short to a 30 floor standing fan. I went to Duck st and found an exact replacement except with a broken pivot. $50. But nowadays, many appliances are condemned as beyond economical repair due to high repair cost, unless DIY(for fun,too) if cheap parts are still available. It might be possible that the winding has a short.(if fan blade can be turned freely by hand) At least, test by a 500V megger for insulation to earth for safety and serviceability.(usually earth fault first, then short) This is crucial for repair work before and after.(must isolate the electronics first to avoid frying) After working on my DC, I now go for screen replacement of my kid's netbook. |

| [#4] 請教修理kdk掛牆風扇 視乎是電子控制式還是手動拉繩式。 前者控制線路出問題會不轉，不一定是摩打問題，反而是手動拉繩式摩打出問題機會就高好多。 |

| [#7] 請教修理kdk掛牆風扇 my KDK is similar to #5. It has the seem problem as #1 when using speed 1. The blade moves very slow or even stop. When I increased the speed to level 2 and 3. Initially, it will have cranking noise and then okay. I added some lubricant to the motor axis. It will okay for about 2 weeks. | [#12] 請教修理kdk掛牆風扇 因為節省生產成本，所以按鈕電路板上最巨型的2粒黃色電容都特別容易壞，這2粒電容功能是把 220V交流電轉 220V直流電，工作量好大。建議2粒都更換大多35% 電容量的無極交連電容。最大粒的功用是初級第一次轉換直流 220V，細少少的黃色電容是把轉換了的 220V 直流電穩定電壓。 注意不建議換大過 50% 電容量，因為 size 太大，而且吸電放電速度未必跟得上。在淘寶太約 $1.5 粒，去旺角麥氏大約 $8 粒。 |
