Then I started doing yoga, especially the Downward Dog pose, and within two weeks, I felt so much better. You should give it a try I keep my yoga since 2009 till now, stretch min 30 minutes every day and feel very comfortable! |

| [#15] 起身落地同埋運動完,腳爭痛 樓主可以睇下自己腳掌,小腿肌肉會唔會好緊。 小腿肌肉緊的話,買個浸腳桶浸熱水,睇住電視或手機浸半個鐘到,之後自己用手按摩或平平地買枝按摩槍打鬆肌肉。 腳掌部份,除咗碌波仔,個物理治療C仲教我,坐低,疊隻痛腳喺另一隻腳既大肶到,用痛腳另一邊既手,四隻手指插入腳指la,之後順時針轉腳掌廿下,逆時針又廿下,轉到鬆為止。 |
