After That process後起碼要啤水三十幾分鐘 做得適當嘅時候嗰啲排骨可以只係steam十分鐘就好鬆軟一咬就remove from 骨.. Etc.. But within the kitchen.. | [#26] 醃肉梳打粉係咪即係等同BAKING SODA? 在香港，BAKING SODA 小蘇打，是碳酸氫鈉 (Sodium bicarbonate)，沒有 Boron 硼成份。 食用 BAKING SODA 一直是有用來烘焙麵包糕點的，亦可以用來鬆肉。不過鬆肉有比較天然的方法(木瓜或菠蘿酵素)可用，就不一定要用Baking Soda。 |
