| [#31] Coffee 自製靚咖啡同好會 I took the roasting class a few months ago. Use the 1st crack and 2nd crack during the roasting to decide when to unload the beans usually yields better coffee. I used to use the ceremic bowl to fry the beans--not bad. |

| [#34] Coffee 自製靚咖啡同好會 Hi masac In the class. We had the roasting theories(chemistry, graph, 1st/2nd cracks, timing, coffee weight loss, color, methods etc.). We actually roasted some green beans and of course coffee tasting in the class. I am now using the heatgun/breadmaker method to roast the beans. I used to post the details and many photos on the "Freshcoffee" website but due to the server's problem they all disappear. |

The owner of Fresh Coffee roasted it for us in "full city".
