| [#5059] QUAD ESL 63 Vs Maggie the Whore About the show time. The ESL63 did not perform to what the ESL speaker promised to be today. It sounded completely different to what I heard in Patrick's place. I guess probably she was scared off by US troop. :) Due to other engagement in the afternoon, I missed the great chance hearing Gingers's Audiomaster again. They did pretty well with my ESL57 and LS3/5s lats time in my place. I also missed rcwy's black, what a pity. Can any brother more? It was too bad learning the good sounding bridged Modena is not muscular enough to swing the Maggie to dancing. But the true lesson I learn't again is that how dynamically and beautifully the Maggie could sound. Surely a all-round winner in my heart today. |
