Dear Dennis

Hi Dennis

I contacted OTA again. Ron, the engineer, said if you have any problem with the speaker, please let him know. You can email him.

He got a email from the previous owner that there seems to be a problem with the treble panel. And he offers to replace the treble panel free of charge, if you can send him the original one. He will also send you the service manual and instruction of how to remove the treble panel from the speakers.

I think OTA people have very good after service and they set a very high standard on the speakers they have worked on.

I have just sent a mail to Steve and Ron describing my situation and also expressing my wish to solicit for their advice. I am nit certain about the situation. It seems that despite the sound is improving but the treble and airness are still missing like what you heard in my place.

Can you help me to explain more of my situation to Ron and Steve? Or should I run in another 50 hours prior to any conclusion yet? I am preparing to pay the bill if new parts needed.

Watch out!!!
Dkyyu's secret weapon wrapped with red cloth for tuning nice sound. They are expensive, indeed very expensive.
