| [#131] NBS 同好會 I swop around my amp and pre with Statement IV extreme and Audio Synthesis Siliverline. The combination is better for NBS to be used for amp for it can control the low better (just control but not to give more low, which is good to me). Feel like NBS is little bit faster with higer density in overall; and the most impressive is its analytical detail. For musical and smoothness, audio syn is better. I wonder if I should use Statement for pre and get a black label for my amp. Audio Syn should be very good to be used for my dac. Unfortunately, I have no sense for the difference between statement and black label when they are used for amp. |

| [#133] NBS 同好會 Hi dwan, Good wor; I am open to try it out perhaps at your place since you have both. Likely you use 2 black labels to drive your mono. My pre is also tube but amp is fet. The only problem maybe my statement is not burnt in as I bought it new for less than a month. |
