Hello all

As I often listen at a lower than reference volume level (assumed to be 85db), say around 60db, it inevitably is going to impact the frequency response.

I am thinking of an equalizer so I can adjust to attempt to bring the bass and treble up to achieve perceived acoustic outcome as at the reference level.

1. Is this (using an equalizer) a valid idea?
2. If so, graphic vs parametric, which one is better doing such job?
